3. Our Services

Seeker provides:

  • AI-generated candidate reports for employers.
  • CV analysis and structured profiles for candidates.
  • Matching between roles and candidates based on fit.
  • We are not a job board and do not guarantee hiring outcomes or employment.

4. Registration & Use

By registering or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use the platform only for its intended purpose.
  • Not misuse or attempt to exploit the system.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

5. Candidate Use

By uploading your CV:

  • You consent to analysis and structuring of your data.
  • Your profile may be made visible to employers.
  • Employers may contact you regarding opportunities.
  • We do not guarantee visibility, matching, or job offers.

6. Employer Use

By submitting a role:

  • You confirm all information provided is accurate.
  • You agree to use candidate data only for recruitment purposes.
  • You agree to comply with applicable employment and data laws.

7. Pricing & Payment

7.1 Fees

  • Each AI-generated candidate report is priced at £500.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

7.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in advance of report delivery.
  • No report will be delivered until payment is received.

7.3 Changes to Pricing

  • We reserve the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable UK data protection laws.

10. AI & Platform Outputs

Seeker uses AI to analyse CVs and generate candidate reports.

These outputs are assistive only and do not constitute hiring decisions. Employers remain responsible for all hiring outcomes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on the Site are owned by Seeker.jobs Ltd.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Hiring or employment outcomes.
  • Decisions made based on platform outputs.
  • Inaccuracies in user-provided data.
  • Use of the Site is at your own risk.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers or events outside our control.

14. Termination
